Please use the map above to determine the approximate days your package will take from our location to yours. UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as delivery traveling days.

WARM WEATHER:

We do not guarantee the condition of your candy order when received. Melted candy is not considered a damage claim and will not be refunded. UPS does not air condition their shipments therefore, we recommend purchasing our 2 day Refrigerant Gel Packs. We do not offer a method to keep your purchase cool except for placing a maximum of 2 refrigerant gel packs into your order.

During warm weather months, we will determine a shipping day based on the shortest travel time to your destination.

QUALITY:

Please note that we are a small, mom and pop shop which means that we pride ourselves on attention to detail and boast our slogan as "Freshness by the Pound". Our homemade chocolates are made fresh to order. Large quantities of our chocolates may require additional time, up to 7 days, to create and ship your order. 

We frown upon stocking shelves with "shelf sitters" meaning, your order will be created with extreme pride and care, especially for you. Additional time may be needed to create your order but we typically can ship within 24-48 hours.

RETURNS:

We are unable to accept candy as a refund unless damage was made in transit. If you have any questions of concerns regarding an order that was unsatisfactory, please contact us. We want to hear from you so we can help to make it right.

If your package is returned to us from UPS, we will gladly investigate into the reason(s) for the return. A refund may be made to you for your order total- only, minus a restocking fee of 25%.

If we have made a mistake in filling your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right. Any errors or damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order will not be considered as valid.
